About the project
The material is not on air yet, but the file may already be gone. Qorgau DTS tracks protected files and records every access to them.
An agent on the workstation tracks selected materials and records access: time, user, file and process. Events go to a single log, and the responsible person receives a notification. Event history is available for review and report export.

Who, when, which file and through which channel: facts for later investigation.

The responsible person is notified immediately and can review the access details.

ID, time, workstation, user, channel, file and classification.

Event history of up to 10 years
Stored in the database with a configured archive.

Two additional control modules
File tag alerts («Presidential material», «Akorda») and a photo on macOS login.
